The problem

The industry still runs on fragmented catalogs and manual work

Manufacturers and partners lose time, accuracy and deals when product data and commercial workflows live in different places.

Manufacturers

Control breaks across the channel

  • Multiple catalogs in circulation
  • Outdated product information
  • Manual updates to partners
  • Lost sales opportunities
  • No visibility into partner engagement
Representatives

No console for the dealer portfolio

  • No tool to manage the assigned dealers
  • Catalogs from each manufacturer in silos
  • No shared context per factory
  • Unstructured communication with dealers
  • Connection to the factory lives outside Hub
Dealers

Every supplier means another system

  • A different portal for every supplier
  • Manual SKU entry
  • Pricing confusion
  • Errors in purchase orders
  • Slow quotation process

Manufacturer Workspace

Your catalog, channel and commercial rules in one place

A workspace where manufacturers manage product information, releases, partner permissions and the commercial layer that reaches the market.

Product Information Management

  • Centralized products
  • SKUs and variants
  • Technical files, images, CAD/BIM
  • Version control
  • Product releases

Channel Management

  • Partner access & permissions
  • Partner segmentation
  • Engagement analytics
  • Commercial rules
  • Price lists
  • Tax rules by origin and destination state
  • Register representatives and dealers
  • Link one representative per dealer
  • Connect the representative to Hub — portfolio, not WorkSpace
Hub

The representative operates in Hub — not in WorkSpace.

The manufacturer connects the representative with the same gesture used for the dealer. The effect is different: a grant plus a dealer portfolio — without a WorkSpace account.

Multi-manufacturer

  • One login, many manufacturer grants
  • Context is the selected manufacturer
  • Catalog and portfolio never mix across factories

Dealer portfolio

  • Only dealers linked to this representative
  • One representative per dealer, per manufacturer
  • Accept the Hub connection to unlock the portfolio

Published catalog, read-only

  • Read the manufacturer catalog in the selected grant
  • Channel Drive shared with dealers — list and download
  • Simulate on the published release — no editorial write

Why Hub

Hub governs partner relationships. WorkSpace runs channel execution.

Hub is not a simple portal, not a CRM replacement, and not an ERP. It governs the operational relationship between manufacturers and partners.

Manufacturer Hub

Where manufacturers publish and govern

Catalog, SKUs, releases, price lists, commercial rules and partner permissions — the source of truth that feeds the channel.

Hub

Where the representative operates the portfolio

Representatives work in Hub — the same product family, a different edition. They accept the manufacturer grant and see catalog plus assigned dealers, by factory.

WorkSpace

Where the dealer works every day

Dealers never enter Hub. They operate in WorkSpace — discovering, configuring, quoting and purchasing from what was published.

The feeling: Salesforce for product channels in the furniture industry.

FAQ

Questions about Hub and WorkSpace

Understand how the platform connects manufacturers, their channel and the commercial operation.

What is the difference between Hub and WorkSpace?

Hub is the manufacturer console for governing partner relationships, including access, segmentation, pricing and commercial rules. WorkSpace is where partners run daily channel execution.

Does the dealer access Hub?

No. The manufacturer manages its operation in Hub; the dealer works in WorkSpace with the catalog, rules and services it is granted access to.

Does the representative access Hub?

Yes. The representative uses Hub — the same product family as the manufacturer, in the representative edition. The dealer does not.

Are the representative and the dealer the same partner?

No. Partner is the umbrella. The dealer executes in WorkSpace. The representative operates the dealer portfolio in Hub. Two roles, two destinations.

Can a representative work with multiple manufacturers?

Yes. Each manufacturer starts its own connection. After accept, Hub shows one context at a time — catalog and portfolio of the selected factory.

Does WorkSpace replace a CRM or ERP?

No. WorkSpace organizes the channel's product and commercial work. CRM and ERP keep their own roles and can receive the structured demand generated by the operation.

How does the manufacturer control what each partner sees?

Hub centralizes access permissions, partner segmentation, price lists and commercial rules, so each partner receives only the content and services applicable to its operation.

Can a partner work with multiple manufacturers?

Yes. WorkSpace brings the approved catalogs and services of different manufacturers into one daily environment, without mixing the control of each manufacturer.

How do quotes and purchase orders work?

Partners configure products with the manufacturer's published rules and price lists, then create quotes and structured purchase orders for the commercial and ERP flows.

Can we start from an existing catalog?

Yes. The implementation maps existing product data, media and technical files to the Hub catalog model before the manufacturer publishes to its channel.

How do tax rules work for each partner?

The manufacturer manages a tax-rule matrix by origin and destination state. For each partner calculation, Hub crosses the state of the serving business unit with the partner's state.

Does the manufacturer have access to partner data in WorkSpace?

No. The manufacturer never accesses the partner's WorkSpace. Only in Hub can it consult aggregated reports about its own catalog's performance. Customer data, follow-up history and individual commercial management remain private to each partner.

What is a PRM?

PRM stands for Partner Relationship Management. It is the system where manufacturers govern partner access, segmentation, pricing, rules and channel policies. Hub is PRM because it centralizes this governance layer and publishes it to WorkSpace for execution.
